When I waltzed into the world of advertising, a cup of tea used to cost 50 paise. And a litre of petrol came at Rs. 3. So now you know, I’m old school. Incidentally, that’s the school that taught us to do the right things for the brands we worked on. Even if sometimes doing the right thing was inconvenient! I have lived and played the game as things changed from letter press to screen printing to offset to digital printing. And I straddled the dual worlds of CMYK and RGB! I had the pleasure, and sometimes the pain, of working in a small town as well as Mumbai, the Big Apple of India, and of course, Bangalore. In my 30+ years I’ve met some good people, some bad ones and some downright ugly too. And I’m not talking about their physical appearance! And everyone I worked with, every city I lived in and every client I worked for has shaped my life as a creative person. This is me. And I’m happy to meet you.
